Animo and its subsidiary brand Asup sought to expand by reaching new markets in the UK, Benelux, the U.S., and Italy, and to develop new leisurewear and golf wear lines within Animo. The company sought to improve its internal structure systems, define a cohesive digital and e-commerce strategy, optimize
existing assets, and reach potential distributors in other regions.
Octonano began by conducting an internal diagnostic analysis to better understand Animo’s challenges, goals, and competitors. Working toward the company’s goal of internationalization, Octonano facilitated strategic planning meetings with regional managers, starting from a revision of the brand narrative that was shared with each regional market. Individual training sessions with each market were implemented to reach a cohesive reassessment of the company structure. To streamline and maximize the brand’s digital capabilities, Octonano worked closely with Animo’s digital team to develop a strategy and an editorial calendar. Support with copywriting and the creation of four distinct influencer packages helped to solidify and increase the company’s social media presence.
